The London Borough of Brent

We have a common history with the London Borough of Brent. Our District was Willesden and when created in 1916 the boundaries matched those of Willesden Borough Council. Willesden and Wembley Boroughs merged to form the London Borough of Brent, and while it has taken some time, our Scout District now covers the same area.

The District Badge

Our new district badge has a green and red background, representing Wembley and Willesden, split by a white line for the River Brent which unites the District.

The Lion and Dragon supporters from the London Borough of Brent coat of arms, each of these come from the Wembley and Willesden coats of arms.

The District Scarf

Our new district scarf is white with a green and gold border, inspiration is taken from the base of the coat of arms with the green grass and the gold scroll.
