To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the RNLI (the UK Lifeboats charity), Brent Scouts will be taking to the Thames for a trip to remember.

Squirrels, Beavers and Cubs from across Brent (and families too!) will come together in their pirate best to sing songs, see the city from the river, and take part in some challenges to get us back home to dry land safe.

We’ll also be joined by a representative of the RNLI to talk about the great work they do and the importance of being safe on and around water.

IMPORTANT - we’re meeting at the pier at 11:45am to board the boat. Departure is at 12pm sharp. Late arrivals won’t be admitted.

Note - this is a family event and at least one parent will need to come with their Squirrel, Beaver or Cub. It’s a chance for grown-ups to mingle too.
