District President Appointed

After 25 years of service to the District, Wally Hooper stepped down as Treasurer and was elected to District President at the Willesden Scout’s AGM on Saturday 15th June 2019.


To thank Wally for his time and dedication he was presented with a Gold VIP ticket to the September Airshow at Imperial War Museum Duxford.
