2021 Charity Compliance


3.49.h The Group must ensure that signed copies of the annual report and accounts are sent to the District Treasurer within the 14 days following the Group's Annual General Meeting at which the annual report and accounts were received and considered.

Dormant Groups

On 4th March 2020 the District Executive approved the registration of three new Scout Groups

  • 4th Wembley

  • 11th Willesden

  • 12th Willesden

And the re-start of 14th Willesden

However, all these groups have been dormant through Covid and have not yet re-opened.

Before re-opening all groups will be required to ensure minimum leaders are trained for each section and an Executive Committee is in place.

Development

Kingsbury Scout Challenge

  • 4 Week Challenge 5th June – 11th July

  • Inaugural General Meeting 20th July

  • Now full in operation with:

  • 17 Beavers

  • 14 Cubs

  • 10 Scouts

28th Willesden Beaver Scout Challenge

  • Wednesday evenings before existing Pioneer ESU

  • Adventure Day Sunday 17th October

  • Presentation Evening Wednesday 20th October

  • Opening? After half-term holiday

  • 17 New Beavers

  • 5 New Parent Volunteers

  • 3 Young Leaders
