We have a long list of youth members waiting to join Beaver Scouts, to offer more places we will be running a four-week challenge for both Beavers and parents at 28th Willesden Scout Group.

Scouting is not just for young people so it is important that we reach out to the adults and parents in our community who may be willing to help.   

We would like you to come together for a parent meeting on 13th September from 7 to 8 pm at the Scout Hut in Leighton Gardens where we will discuss our plans for the Challenge and how you can help us achieve the vision of opening a second Beaver Colony. 

28th Willesden Beaver Scout Challenge

The challenge will run on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm starting on the 22nd September at the Scout Hut in Leighton Gardens. After four consecutive Wednesdays, there will be an adventure day on the 17th October at a local campsite in Chalfont where our new Beavers will be joined by the group’s existing Beavers.   

The cost of the challenge is £25 which includes an activity pack and a T-shirt.

Please note that places are limited to 20 participants so please do not delay in registering. At the conclusion of the Challenge, we will hopefully have enough interest from Beavers and adults wishing to volunteer to help to start the section on a weekly basis.
