Check by completing the online form below and waiting for a response. Emails are monitored by volunteers and can take up to 10 working days to respond. If its a short notice booking, please email directly to irene.arango@brentscouts.org.uk and use URGENT on the subject.

READY TO BOOK?

Once we have confirmed that your desired date and time is available, please send the below details along with proof of payment to irene.arango@brentscouts.org.uk in order to confirm your booking.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIMINGS OF THE EVENT INCLUDE YOUR SET UP AND CLEAN UP TIME, WHICH MUST BE PAID FOR IN YOUR BOOKING.

PAYMENT

You need to pay the agreed sum for hall hire (£50/hour, minimum 3 hours) plus a £100 deposit (refundable against late finishing, cleaning, or breakages).

IMPORTANT! Be sure to choose “Sending to a Friend or Family” when asked “What is this payment for?” Please pay by PayPal at this link. Failing to do so means that we will discount the Paypal booking fees from your deposit refund.

  ANY BOOKING PAYMENTS NOT SENT AS FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL GET THE PAYPAL FEES DEDUCTED FROM THEIR DEPOSIT
